Change who we are.

God, Lord, Master.

Like a dark dye,
The names we say
Color our souls.

Warrior, defender, hider.

So pick a name for your God
Carefully, for it will hue you
To see, clearer, kinder.

Rememberer of the forgotten,
Stronghold of the downtrodden.
