i don't want to die: psalm 30

I don't want to die,
Because I dream of playing in the sand of the Oregon Coast,
With my great-grandchildren.

Tossing in the surf,
Flying kites in the sky.
Warming ourselves by a star studded fire.

It's a greedy dream,
I know.

But I want to teach as many generations as possible
That earth, wind, water, fire, are His simplest gifts,
Our greatest pleasure.

What benefit is there in my blood going to the pit? Do those in the dust tell your truths (Psalms 30:10)

We shouldn't fear our death, we should educate our children.
